Over the years we have put great emphasis on what is now called our signature dish, the Biryani. This has become the most sought after dish amongst our diners. In the cosmopolitan city of Mumbai the biryani is served in a capsule of basmati rice, embedded with tender pieces of meat, in a thick spicy sauce. At Kadiri’s we have mastered this technique by adopting the domestic cooking process. This method serves the purpose of capturing the aroma of unique herbs and spices used during the cooking process.
